TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LEGAL COMPLIANCE WARNING - READ BEFORE PURCHASE

BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF, OR USING ANY RHIZO LOGIC PRODUCTS, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

1.1 Verification of Legality

It is SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to verify and comply with all federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances regarding the purchase, possession, cultivation, processing, and use of cannabis and related products in the jurisdiction where the customer resides or intends to use Rhizo Logic products.

1.2 No Legal Advice

Regen Soil LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents do not provide legal advice regarding cannabis cultivation or use. The availability of our products for purchase does not constitute any representation, claim, or guarantee regarding the legality of cannabis cultivation in your jurisdiction.

1.3 Acknowledgment of Legal Variations

Customer explicitly acknowledges that:

Cannabis cultivation laws vary significantly between jurisdictions
Cannabis remains illegal under federal law in the United States
Even in states with legal cannabis programs, local jurisdictions may impose additional restrictions
Legal status of cannabis is subject to change without notice
Regen Soil LLC bears no responsibility for keeping customers informed of legal changes

2. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

2.1 Potential Consequences

Customer acknowledges that failure to comply with applicable laws regarding cannabis cultivation may result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:

Criminal charges including potential felony prosecution
Significant financial penalties and fines
Forfeiture and seizure of property
Incarceration
Loss of professional licenses or employment
Housing or tenancy complications
Restrictions on federal benefits
Immigration consequences for non-citizens

2.2 Full Assumption of Risk

Customer explicitly assumes ALL legal risks associated with the purchase and use of Rhizo Logic products. Customer agrees to bear sole responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from their use of our products for cannabis cultivation in violation of any applicable laws.

3. REQUIRED PRECAUTIONS AND COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES

3.1 Mandatory Verification Steps

Before using Rhizo Logic products for cannabis cultivation, customer MUST:

Research and verify current state laws regarding cannabis cultivation
Check county and municipal ordinances for additional restrictions
Verify property owner permissions if not cultivating on owned property
Adhere to all plant count limitations in their jurisdiction
Comply with all security requirements specified by local regulations
Maintain proper distance from schools, parks, or other protected locations as required by law
Obtain any required permits, registrations, or documentation
Comply with all age restrictions (must be 21+ in most jurisdictions)

3.2 Ongoing Compliance Requirements

Customer agrees to:

Maintain awareness of changing regulations
Keep all cannabis cultivation secure and inaccessible to minors
Adhere to all quantity limitations imposed by law
Never sell or distribute cannabis without proper licensing
Maintain appropriate discretion regarding cultivation activities
Follow all packaging, labeling, and storage requirements

4. PRODUCT SEIZURE, LOSS, OR THEFT

4.1 No Responsibility for Lost, Stolen, or Seized Products

Regen Soil LLC explicitly disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for products that are:

Seized or confiscated by any law enforcement or regulatory agency
Lost or damaged during shipping or delivery
Stolen or misappropriated after delivery
Damaged or destroyed due to law enforcement action

4.2 No Refunds for Seized Products

Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Regen Soil LLC will NOT provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for any products that are seized, confiscated, or otherwise rendered unavailable to the customer due to legal or regulatory action.

5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1 Product Use

Rhizo Logic products are designed for horticultural use. Customer agrees to use products only as directed and assumes all risks associated with improper use.

5.2 No Warranties Regarding Results

While Rhizo Logic products are designed to enhance plant growth, Regen Soil LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific yields, potency, or results, as these depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

Regen Soil LLC’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the products. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5.4 Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regen Soil LLC and its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from customer’s use of our products or violation of these terms.

5.5 Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. Customer acknowledges that Regen Soil LLC may be legally compelled to provide customer information in response to valid legal process.

5.6 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

5.7 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5.8 Changes to Terms

Regen Soil LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

6. EXPLICIT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF, OR USING ANY RHIZO LOGIC PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN, AND ASSUMES FULL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS.
